Tumbling Hearts

Tumbling Hearts is a temporary outdoor public sculpture for the Sullivant Bright public art project in partnership with Designing Local in Columbus, Ohio. This sculpture was conceived of and designed to elicit childhood memories of playgrounds and playthings while encouraging passersby to stop, investigate, and play. The two concentric drums of hearts spin past one another to create a dizzying and delightful effect while casting heart shaped beams of light on the sculptures surroundings. Designed and fabricated locally in Columbus, the sculpture sits at the corner of Sullivant and South Terrace avenues on the Westside of Columbus.
